
PRIVACY POLICY
PRV TREE SERVICE- TERMS AND CONDITIONS UPDATE 2026
By requesting or approving services of PRV Tree Service, the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions.
Estimation Policy:
All in-person estimates become binding agreements once approved and signed by the customer.
Estimate Validity:
All estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Price are subject to change after this period.
Cancellation Policy:
A minimum of
7-day notice is required for cancellation of any scheduled service. Failure to provide proper notice may result in a cancellation fee. Deposits may be retained to cover the scheduling and operational costs incurred.
Deposit Policy:
A deposit may be required for services scheduled in advance to secure your booking. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Promotional Coupons:
All coupons or promotions must be presented at the time of estimate. Coupons cannot be applied after the estimate has been completed.
Payment Terms:
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. PRV Tree Service reserves the right to charge late fees on unpaid balances and may pursue collection actions if necessary.
Insurance:
PRV Tree Service is fully insured. Proof of insurance is available on request.
Limitation of Liability:
PRV Tree Service takes reasonable care in performing all services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to services provided shall be limited to the total amount paid for those services. PRV Tree Service shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
Permits:
Customers are responsible for obtaining any required permits unless otherwise agreed in writing. PRV Tree Service may assist permits for an additional fee but is not obligated to do so.
Photo & Video Recording:
PRV Tree Service may take photos or videos during service for documentation, training, quality control, and marketing purposes.
Scheduling Window:
Service times are approximate and may vary due to prior jobs, weather, or unforeseen delays. PRV Tree Service will make reasonable efforts to arrive within the scheduled timeframe.
Changes to Scope of Work:
Any additional work requested after the estimate has been approved may result in additional charges and must be agreed upon before proceeding.
Work Conditions:
Customer acknowledges that tree service involves loud equipment and debris movement during normal working hours.
Refusal of Service:
PRV Tree Service reserves the right to refuse or stop service at any time if conditions are deemed unsafe or hazardous.
Safety Policy:
For safety reasons, homeowners and guests must remain outside of the designated work area during operations unless authorized by the crew leader.

Weather Delays:
Services may be delayed or rescheduled due to weather or unsafe working conditions. PRV Tree Service will communicate any changes and reschedule at the next available date.
Access to Property:
Customer agrees to provide clear and safe access to the work area. PRV Tree Service is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by restricted access, locked gates, or obstacles.
Property Preparation:
Customer is responsible for removing vehicles, outdoor furniture, decorations, and other obstacles from the work area prior to service. PRV Tree Service is not responsible for damage to items left within or near the work zone.
Ground Conditions:
Due to the nature of tree service work, some lawn, soil, or landscaping disturbance may occur. PRV Tree Service is not responsible for minor ground damage caused by equipment, especially in soft or wet conditions.
Debris Removal:
Debris removal is limited to what is outlined in the estimate. Firewood stacking, hauling, or additional cleanup services must be specified in advance and may incur additional charges.
Wood & Debris Ownership:
Unless otherwise agreed, all removed wood and debris become the property of PRV Tree Service. Requests to leave wood onsite must be specified
Stump Removal:
Stump grinding is not included in the quotation unless explicitly stated in the estimate or proposal.
Underground Utilities & Hidden Hazards:
Customer is responsible for identifying and marking all underground and private utility lines including but not limited to irrigation systems, electrical lines, pipelines, hoses and invisible fencing.
PRV Tree Service is not responsible for damage to unmarked or improperly marked utilities. Additionally, PRV Tree Service is not responsible for damage caused by hidden or unknown hazards, including underground conditions, decay or structural weaknesses, or concealed property issues.
Property Lines & Neighbor Trees:
Customer is responsible for confirming property boundaries and obtaining any necessary neighbor permissions. PRV Tree Service is not responsible for disputes related to property lines or ownership
Tree Ownership:
The homeowner/client confirms that all trees scheduled for service are either owned by them or that proper authorization has been obtained. PRV Tree Service is not responsible for trees that are misidentified or incorrectly approved for service.
Service Concerns / Rework Policy:
Any concerns regarding completed work must be reported within
72 hours of service completion. PRV Tree Service will evaluate and address valid concerns within a reasonable timeframe.
Failure to report concerns within 72 hours will be considered acceptance of the completed work. Any additional service requests after this period may be subject to additional charges.
